PAYMENT TERMS: All purchases must be paid for on Monday, June 15th,2026. Cash, credit card (everything except American Express), certified check, wire transfer or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on each item(s) selling up to $25,000. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged on each item(s) selling over $25,000. If items are not paid for by the following business day after the auction 777 Auction Company is given permission to charge the credit card on file which was provided to us to complete the transaction.

Credit Card Authorization Hold: By registering to bid, you agree to allow a temporary authorization hold of $100 to be placed on the credit or debit card provided. This authorization is used solely to verify bidder identity and ensure valid payment information. This is not an actual charge, and no funds are collected at this time. The authorization hold will automatically be released by your financial institution, typically within 1–3 business days after approval, although timing may vary depending on your bank.

SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you MUST BRING a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number and fill out a resale form or you will be charged sales tax.

VEHICLE PURCHASES: All vehicles have been smogged unless stated otherwise. If a vehicle cannot pass smog ONLY a dealer or dismantler will be allowed to purchase that vehicle. If you are the purchaser of a vehicle you will do all DMV paperwork here onsite when you pay and pick up. There will be a smog fee, document processing fee, transfer fee, electronic filing fee, and sales tax charged for each vehicle purchased.

INSPECTION:

Preview will be held on June 12th from 9am - 4pm. Please email or call if you need more information, videos or pictures of items. Bidder's Inspection; Adequacy of Description and Images. YOU are encouraged to inspect the Lot(s), or to have the Lot(s) inspected by YOUR agent or representative before bidding. By bidding, YOU acknowledge and agree that YOU have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the Lot(s), and that YOU are relying solely on YOUR inspection and investigation, or that YOU have waived inspection and investigation, and that you have not relied on any statement, representation, warranty, or guaranty made by any Seller or anyone acting as agent or representative of a Seller (including Auctioneer), and any photographs or other images of Lot(s) are adequate for YOUR purposes.

REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction or following business day. We will be open Monday & Tuesday from 9am - 4pm for pickup. If item is not picked up by Tuesday after the auction closes, storage of $5 per day per lot will be added. After 30 days of storage all items will be forfeited even if item has been paid for.

DISCLAIMER: Auctioneer (777 Auction Company) IS NOT responsible for errors or omissions in inventory and descriptions. Please inspect all equipment/merchandise on preview day. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneers or Owners make NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES as to genuineness authenticity of or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to sale. All Sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the Auction Company and owners free of any liability. Auctioneers make no guarantees. All items shall be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without exception. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your billing address does not match your registration address, you will be put into "pending" status until you are contacted by us or you contact us to explain difference.

No Credit Card Chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, YOU will remain liable for all purchases made at the Auction, and YOU will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to YOUR Registration as a Bidder, and for the privilege of bidding at the Auction, and is being made as an inducement for Auctioneer to accept YOUR Registration and to permit YOU to bid at the Auction. Auctioneer is relying on YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting YOUR Bidder Registration and in permitting YOU to bid at the Auction.

By registering to bid you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions posted. YOU are responsible for all bids transmitted from YOUR computer or from YOUR Bidder Account. If a Winning Bid is sent from YOUR computer or using YOUR Bidder Account, YOU will be the Buyer on certification by Auctioneer.
